Contemplative, relaxing and weird all at once. Certainly not a common mixture. It puts the listener on an odd plateau that provides and bizarre perspective that is balanced and unbalanced at the same time, much like waking up in a new world. Saxes, pianos and so on don’t sound like saxes pianos and so on. And why should they? Pursue this and listen to it.
